I offer individual psychotherapy for anyone interested in exploring and creating meaning through the symbolic content of the psyche.
I work with a variety of tools to join you in exploring your life. Our work together may include healing old wounds, overcoming limitations or fears, dealing with behaviors that are no longer useful to you, and living life more fully.
We will utilize techniques such as dream interpretation, Sandplay, and mindfulness, as the healing process is expanded through exploring the unconscious. I encourage my clients to keep a dream journal to learn about their inner lives. I am a Certified Sandplay Therapist, a member of the International Society for Sandplay Therapy, and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors.
